SIZES OF RINGS
The sizes of TUOHI Jewelry rings give the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters.
You can determine your size in many different ways. You can measure the inner diameter of a ring you already possess with a ruler or a slide gauge. Alternatively, you can draw the inner circumference of the ring and then measure the diameter on paper.
If you do not already have a ring that fits well, you can cut a strip of paper, wrap it around your finger and mark with a pencil the spot where the ring size is right. You can then measure the inner diameter of the paper ring.
Please note that finger size can vary even within a 24-hour period. In the morning and evening fingers are often a little swollen, and at daytime finger girth is slightly smaller. Hot air causes fingers to swell, and in cool surroundings fingers are a bit thinner.
A very broad ring model may require a slightly larger diameter than a narrow model.

We hope you are happy with your piece of TUOHI Jewelry. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
First contact us via email info@tuohijewelry.com for return instructions. Please write RETURN in the subject field. The refund is free of charge only when the refund has been made in accordance with the instructions.
You have to use a trackable mail service when returning your order. That way, your mail service will be responsible in case the parcel is lost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the lost parcel.
Returning the purchase is free of charge in Finland. When returning from abroad, the customer pays the return shipping costs.
Please note that an unclaimed shipment is not a refund of your purchase. If the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct the return cost from the refund.
The reduction is 6 € for Finnish shipments and 17 € for international shipments.
TUOHI Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.
