Shipping and delivery times

We deliver orders worldwide. All our deliveries are CO₂ neutral.

All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.  If the item you ordered is out of stock, you can leave us your email address, and we will contact you as soon as the product is available again.

All orders are packed in TUOHI Jewelry signature boxes and shipped in a mailing box.

We use Finnish Postal Services for domestic deliveries and DHL Express for international deliveries.

Returns and changes

We hope you are happy with your piece of TUOHI Jewelry. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

First contact us via email info@tuohijewelry.com for return instructions. Please write RETURN in the subject field. The refund is free of charge only when the refund has been made in accordance with the instructions.

Yoy have to use a trackable mail service when returning your order. That way, your mail service will be responsible in case the parcel is lost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the lost parcel.

Returning the purchase is free of charge in Finland. When returning from abroad, the customer pays the return shipping costs.

Please note that an unclaimed shipment is not a refund of your purchase. If the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct the return cost from the refund.

The reduction is 6 € for Finnish shipments and 17 € for international shipments.

TUOHI Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

If you want to exchange a purchased item, we request you to first return the item and then place a new order. Please contact us before you return the purchase: info@tuohijewelry.com

We will refund your order as soon as we have received and processed the return delivery. Please note that the refund time depends on your credit or debit card company.

Note that we are not responsible for returning duties and taxes.

Prices

All prices on our website are in euros and include Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT 24%).

When ordering from outside the EU, note that there might be some custom duties or import taxes. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

Shipping costs will be added to all orders.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. A gift card cannot be returned.

A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. It cannot be used piecemeal, so make sure that the total price of your order is not less than the value of the gift card.

Force Majeure 

TUOHI Jewelry is not liable for delays in delivery or damages caused by unforeseeable external events (force majeure).
