PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via Checkout Finland. They offer a lot of different payment methods such as:
Online bank transfer via Finnish banks
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic and American Express
Invoice
Masterpass and Mobilepay
We also accept payments via Stripe. You can find their payment options here.
PRICES
All prices on our website are in euros and include Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT 24%).
When ordering from outside the EU, note that there might be some custom duties or import taxes. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
Shipping costs will be added to all orders.
GIFT CARDS
A gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. A gift card cannot be returned.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. It cannot be used piecemeal, so make sure that the total price of your order is not less than the value of the gift card.
FORCE MAJEURE
TUOHI Jewelry is not liable for delays in delivery or damages caused by unforeseeable external events (force majeure).
