SIZES OF CUFFS
TUOHI Jewelry cuffs are made in two sizes: S/M and M/L. The inner diameter of the smaller size is 58–59mm and that of the larger size is 67–68mm. Because TUOHI Jewelry cuffs are handcrafted, the size can vary a little from one specimen to another. Please note that these cuffs can be slightly and gently bent to fit on your wrist, but we recommend not doing this more than once.
You can estimate the correct cuff size by first measuring the width of your wrist. Measure your wrist at its broadest point and choose a size that is slightly larger than the width of your wrist. It is important that the cuff can move freely around the wrist.
Another way to choose the right cuff size is to measure the circumference of your wrist. You can cut a strip of paper, wrap it around your wrist and mark with a pencil the spot where the wrist size is right. You can then measure the length of the marked part of the paper strip. But remember, the cuff should not be as tight as the wrapped paper strip. And finally, you can measure the inner diameter of the paper.

We hope you are happy with your piece of TUOHI Jewelry. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
First contact us via email info@tuohijewelry.com for return instructions. Please write RETURN in the subject field. The refund is free of charge only when the refund has been made in accordance with the instructions.
You have to use a trackable mail service when returning your order. That way, your mail service will be responsible in case the parcel is lost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the lost parcel.
Returning the purchase is free of charge in Finland. When returning from abroad, the customer pays the return shipping costs.
Please note that an unclaimed shipment is not a refund of your purchase. If the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct the return cost from the refund.
The reduction is 6 € for Finnish shipments and 17 € for international shipments.
TUOHI Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.
