Returns and changes

We hope you are happy with your piece of TUOHI Jewelry. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

First contact us via email info@tuohijewelry.com for return instructions. Please write RETURN in the subject field. The refund is free of charge only when the refund has been made in accordance with the instructions.

You have to use a trackable mail service when returning your order. That way, your mail service will be responsible in case the parcel is lost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the lost parcel.

Returning the purchase is free of charge in Finland. When returning from abroad, the customer pays the return shipping costs.

Please note that an unclaimed shipment is not a refund of your purchase. If the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct the return cost from the refund.

The reduction is 6 € for Finnish shipments and 17 € for international shipments.

TUOHI Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

If you want to exchange a purchased item, we request you to first return the item and then place a new order. Please contact us before you return the purchase: info@tuohijewelry.com

We will refund your order as soon as we have received and processed the return delivery. Please note that the refund time depends on your credit or debit card company.

Note that we are not responsible for returning duties and taxes.
